We must have all necessary info at the time of order to place an order into our work queue. Please make sure you include sizing, personalization or any other pertinent info to prevent delay in processing your order.  Holidays are not calculated into our current production time including the Friday following Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.

An email order confirmation will be sent upon order receipt for all orders.  If you do not receive an email order confirmation, please first check your spam/bulk mail folder, as it is not uncommon for these automated emails to be directed to these folders, especially for gmail, aol and hotmail email addresses.  If you do not receive an email order confirmation or find it in your spam/bulk mail, please check to make sure that all necessary steps were taken to complete your order.  If you did not receive a Paypal payment confirmation and/or an email order confirmation from Fresh Squeezed, your order was not completed and is likely still in your shopping cart on our site in pending status.  Please DO NOT leave any personalization, customization or sizing information in Paypal notes at the time of payment, as these notes will not be seen.  Please send any pertinent information regarding your order through email as a reply to your order confirmation email.  This will keep order details and special requests together with your order number.  If you have any questions regarding a product, please contact us prior to ordering.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We will send an email shipping confirmation with tracking info when your order is complete and being shipped. We ship via US Postal Service with an estimated 2-5 days to most locations in the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  International shipping is available through USPS First Class International Mail and USPS Priority International Mail. Please note: International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. USPS Priority International Mail has an estimated time in transit of 6-10 business days. First Class International Mail has an estimated time in transit of 2-6 weeks.

Estimated times in transit are provided by the US Postal Service and are in addition to our current production time noted on our boutique home page. We have no control over the delivery of domestic or international mail and are unable to make any delivery guarantee on behalf of the US Postal Service. We have no control over the post office or packages once they are handed off to the post office and are not responsible for delays within the postal service, misrouting, misdeliveries, etc. You may track your package with your assigned tracking number using Tracking info is updated by the post office when they log the package into their system and updated daily with location and delivery information.  Please note that the post office is run by humans and therefore not perfect.... delivery delays are possible anytime and are known to occur during peak seasons and times of inclement weather.  Please order early and allow enough time for the possibility of transit delays, misrouting, etc.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:  Shipping upgrades are available during the checkout process.  Please note that upgrading the method of shipping does NOT decrease the expected time in production or our posted production times noted on our shop home page and above.  Shipping upgrades affect only the method of shipment and time in transit AFTER product production.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: As the majority of our items are handmade and custom in nature, and put into our work queue upon order receipt, we do not offer refunds on our products.  Cancelations must be made within 12 hours of order to receive a refund.  Please ask all questions regarding sizing, personalization, etc, prior to ordering, to ensure your order is accurate. Non-personalized items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size and will be subject to our current production time for completion and applicable charges for larger sizes. Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

RUSH PRODUCTION:  When you need a Fresh Squeezed product and need it FAST, we have a RUSH production option available.  RUSH service is available PER item.  A RUSH fee will be assessed for each item ordered when RUSH is desired.  RUSH orders are put into our after-hours work queue for completion overnight (when purchased by 5 p.m. CST) and shipped the following business day (Mon-Fri).  RUSH orders MUST be purchased by 5 p.m. CST to be shipped the next business day.  RUSH orders purchased after 5 p.m. CST will be put in the next day's RUSH work queue.  WEEKEND RUSH: RUSH orders purchased by 5 p.m. CST on Friday will be completed in our after-hours weekend work queue and shipped on Monday. RUSH orders purchased AFTER 5 p.m. CST on Friday will be put into Monday's overnight RUSH work queue and shipped on Tuesday. RUSH production is NOT available for orders purchased utilizing eCheck. RUSH service includes our overnight production ONLY.  It does not include any expedited shipping.  The shipping method selected at time of checkout will be utilized for shipping service.  RUSH may be purchased as an add-on directly from the product listing.  RUSH production is NOT available for t-shirts/onesies unless we confirm before purchase that we have the needed size/color/style in stock in our studio.  It is very rare, but on occasion, we will be low on a certain fabric.  If we are unable to complete your order as a RUSH due to a particular needed supply, we will contact you ASAP to discuss other options.  Please contact us with any questions regarding RUSH service prior purchasing.  Due to the quick production of RUSH orders, cancellations are not accepted.
