This has has been designed with a fabulous red Kona cotton designer fabric with a coordinating red white mini chevron number and then artfully embroidered with the Ninja Turtle of your choice. We then finished off the hat with a trim of green marabou.

Our fabulous party hats are designed with high quality designer fabrics. Each hat has a thin elastic cord and can be adorned with any number for any birthday or any initial. Will be designed with "1" unless instructed otherwise. All numbers or initials are cut from coordinating designer cotton or 100% Kona cotton fabric, fused and then stitched in place prior to hat completion.
