This hat has been designed with a fabulous medium blue and white chevron designer fabric with a light yellow "1" and then artfully appliqued with an adorable Little Whale. We then finished off the hat with a trim of blue marabou.

Our fabulous party hats are designed with high quality designer fabrics. Each hat has a thin elastic cord and can be adorned with any number for any birthday or any initial. Will be designed with "1" unless instructed otherwise. All numbers or initials are cut from coordinating designer cotton or 100% Kona cotton fabric, fused and then stitched in place prior to hat completion.
