This has has been designed with a fantastic blue chevron designer fabric with a blue "1" and then artfully embroidered with an irresistible Minion. We then finished off the hat with a trim of yellow marabou.

Our fabulous party hats are designed with high quality designer fabrics. Each hat has a thin elastic cord and can be adorned with any number for any birthday or any initial. Will be designed with "1" unless instructed otherwise. All numbers or initials are cut from coordinating designer cotton or 100% Kona cotton fabric, fused and then stitched in place prior to hat completion.
